I have just moved Washington for a job opportunity and have been living with my parents during quarantine. After hearing ... about a second lockdown I knew it was time for me to find my own place. About 2 weeks I went on a tour with my mother and everything seemed nice like most apartments. What stood out was Odree, her follow up call made the difference. She answered all of my questions and really set my mind at ease you can tell she knows her stuff. This made this place really stand out, I have a choice between this and another place. After moving here in august I couldn’t be happier. Not only do we have ac we have access to everything so close by bus routes ... at both entrances. We moved into Sunset 320 in July 2019. The staff and maintenance are wonderful. They go out of their way to help you and ... they keep the grounds looking great. Last night they bought pizza for their tenants. No other place I've ever lived has every done that. It's a great place to live and I'm glad we have made it our home!!! Thank you!!!!
